EBI Food Safety has concluded an exclusive research contract with TheUniversity of Gent’s Department of Food Safety and Food Quality.  The department studies microbial behavior in food products with a specialization in meat products, foodborne pathogens and listeria in particular. The collaboration will focus on the further development of applications in a wide variety of meat products.
