EBI Food Safety has appointed Dr. Steven Hagens as its Chief Scientific Officer. Previously Dr. Hagens held a post-doctoral position in the laboratory for Food Microbiology at the Institute of Food Science and Nutrition - Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zürich (ETHZ).
